Accuracy of information
Individuality Golf Travel has taken all care to ensure published information and prices are accurate however if we identify an error or omission following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking.
The revised information will then form part of your contract. If an error or omission is discovered after your booking is made, we will always try to advise you prior to your holiday.
Payment / Deposit Terms
A deposit of 15% of the total cost of the trip or € 1500 per person, whichever amount is largest, is required.
However where certain golf clubs are selected the deposit total may be higher. Deposit payments are non-refundable.
Final payment must be received by Individuality Golf Travel Limited six weeks before the tour commencement date.
Individuality Golf Travel Limited reserves the right to deem cancelled any tour that has not been fully paid by the due date.

If you have made an over payment on your booking and wish for a refund, a handling charge of €7.50 will apply. This is necessary due to the processing charges incurred.
We will be happy to waiver this fee should you choose to take a credit.
Itinerary and Documents
A detailed itinerary and all necessary travel documents and vouchers are issued upon full payment.
Our Price Guarantee
All prices quoted by Individuality Golf Travel are per person and based on twin/double occupancy. Single rooms are available at all hotels however they often carry a supplement. We reserve the right to increase the price of any golf holiday advertised on our website. Rounds of golf included in all our golf holidays are deemed as complimentary.
On receipt of your payment, we will email confirmation of your booking with Individuality Golf Travel. The confirmation will clearly state the balance to be paid and the date by which it is due.
Please check the confirmation carefully to make sure that all your booking details are correct. Contact your booking agent if your confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete and we will endeavour to make the necessary changes.
Individuality Golf Travel reserves the right to make changes to and correct errors after bookings have been confirmed.
It is possible for you to change numbers or cancel your holiday at any time provided that the person who originally booked the holiday sends written notice by letter to Individuality Golf Travel Limited, Fiontarlann, Ballymoon, Kilcar, Co. Donegal or email to [email protected]
When amending a booking it’s possible that Individuality Golf Travel may incur costs associated with the amendment, therefore we would need to apply these charges to you. Your first amendment will be free. Any further amendments after your balance has been paid will be subject to a €30.00 administration fee. Any amendments will be subject to availability and any price increase.
Cancellations after the deposit has been paid to Individuality Golf Travel Limited will result in loss of all deposit monies paid.
Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid to Individuality Golf Travel Limited will result in loss of all deposit monies paid and monies paid equivalent to the loss Individuality Golf Travel Limited would incur.
Individuality Golf Travel Limited Liability
The Company will provide your travel arrangements in accordance with the contract and accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the Company’s employees. We also accept liability for the actions or omissions of our agents or sub-contractors acting in the course of their employment. The Company will of course give all reasonable help in resolving any dispute with independent parties. Should the circumstance arise where you or any member of your party should suffer personal injury, illness, or death whilst away and having arisen from a situation unconnected with the arrangements made by the Company, we will at our discretion offer advice, guidance and assistance.
Passport and Health Requirements
A passport is necessary to travel to Ireland. Most European countries enjoy the same level of medical service as Ireland, however Individuality Golf Travel recommends all clients INSURE THEMSELVES ADEQUATELY.
Individuality Golf Travel recommend that you obtain accident and baggage travel insurance. Individuality Golf Travel Limited is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness.
Individuality Golf Travel strongly recommends you undertake golf travel insurance. Some insurance companies may consider the game of golf as a dangerous sport and you should mention your participation when obtaining a quotation. You should also ensure that your golf equipment is covered in the policy.
Individuality Golf Travel Limited accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events such as strikes, riots, political unrest, war hostilities, or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, weather problems or similar events beyond its control.
Bad weather is unavoidable during the course of the year and as a result golf courses may either close or the golf course will operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion. Golf courses reserve the right to close or operate temporary tee boxes / greens.

Included in all car hire bookings are collision damage waiver, unlimited mileage, theft protection, third party liability, road fund license and vat.
The tour price does not include petrol (gasoline)/Diesel, additional driver fees, young driver fees, driver and baggage protection or super Collision Damage Waiver to reduce the excess cost to zero. You will be offered these when picking up the car.
All drivers must bring a valid current license and the car hirer must bring a current credit card.
Arrival delays, lost bags and golf club carriage charges are beyond our control. We are therefore not responsible for associated delays or costs. We do however endeavour to minimise the disruption caused by such events and can arrange (at client’s cost where the airline will not pay) for baggage transfer, club hire etc.
